hmm, pain. I was just in the Mt. Cotopaxi climbing hut at 15,500 ft elevation and the patron Virgin of mountaineers was watching over our eating and our cooking. We asked about her name- it was the Virgin de Dolorosa. interesting…The Ecuadorian mt. guides are pretty macho sometimes. I experienced it more this year and it made me want to gag.
