A November 11, 2011 at 7:38 pm ReplyOr, if you just need one clove and don't want to dirty two pans, just whack it good with the flat side of a chef's knife (keeping the heel of your whacking hand well away from the sharp blade, of course). But the bowl thing does look like fun.
